01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ku9 apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ku9 apk website at https://ku9-apk.com, downloading or using the ku9 apk mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, tournament, or promotional offer made available on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on ku9 apk, and to participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Geographic Eligibility

03 Account Registration & Security

To participate in real-money games and betting on ku9 apk, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any point thereafter is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on ku9 apk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ku9 apk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials and Security

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. On account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to standard verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. ku9 apk also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ku9 apk supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through the payment methods listed below. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless you have completed full KYC verification and received explicit approval from our payments team for an alternative withdrawal method. ku9 apk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of the withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

Platform Fees

ku9 apk does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Processing times indicated in the table above are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or additional verification requirements. ku9 apk accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonus & Promotional Terms

ku9 apk offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between the general terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unmet at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• ku9 apk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a live promotion, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Each eligible promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have not previously self-excluded or opted out of promotional communications.

Game Contributions to Wagering

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates below apply as a default across most ku9 apk promotions unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting (pre-match): 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Sports betting (live in-play): 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.40.
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX): 50% contribution.
• Virtual sports: 30% contribution.

Seasonal and BDT Promotions

ku9 apk runs dedicated promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL season, T20 World Cup, bilateral series involving Bangladesh), as well as seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major national holidays. All such promotions are available to eligible players who hold verified accounts and have opted in to promotional communications. Promotional terms for seasonal campaigns are published on the promotions page at the time of the campaign launch and remain binding for the duration of the promotional period.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ku9 apk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Fraud and Manipulation

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated process to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. If you identify a bug, you are required to report it to our support team immediately. Intentional exploitation is a serious breach.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abusing, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments.

Identity and Account Misuse

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC verification process.
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf, including sharing your login credentials.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, whether or not that person is aware of the registration.

Illegal Activity

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account, to ku9 apk's internal systems, or to any data held by the platform.

07 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ku9 apk platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, typography, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video files, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, written text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku9 apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

By accessing the ku9 apk platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of ku9 apk.

Restrictions

• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the ku9 apk platform in any form without express written permission.
• You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• You must not use the ku9 apk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

08 Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

ku9 apk makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability and targets a 99.4% uptime SLA. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ku9 apk accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

Game Outcomes

All games on ku9 apk that use RNG technology produce outcomes that are genuinely random and certified by independent auditors. ku9 apk does not guarantee any specific outcome or return to any player. Gambling involves financial risk, and you should only wager amounts that you can afford to lose. Third-Party Services

Maximum Liability Cap

In any event where ku9 apk is found liable to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ku9 apk account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ku9 apk, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ku9 apk holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and ku9 apk, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek a resolution. ku9 apk is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in our licence conditions.
